9 kombucha and water kefir recipes to comfort and heal you this fall. Flavor these probiotic, immune boosters with warming fall spices and fruit.

Do you find it difficult to drink cold beverages in the winter? I don’t drink nearly as many liquids in the cooler weather as I do in the spring and summer.

To keep my daily intake of probiotic drinks up and my immune system up, I flavor them with warming, seasonal spices and fruit.

Pumpkin spice, apples, cinnamon, fresh pomegranate and pear. All of these warming, seasonal fruits and spices can be used to flavor kombucha and water kefir.

It’s important to keep drinking probiotic drinks like these during the cold months. Some of the health benefits of drinking kombucha and water kefir are:

  • Boosts the immune system
  • Improves skin complexion.
  • Prevents disease and premature aging.
  • Supports the digestive system.
  • Cleanses and detoxes the liver.
  • Full of probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
