Do you find it difficult to drink cold beverages in the winter? I don’t drink nearly as many liquids in the cooler weather as I do in the spring and summer.

To keep my daily intake of probiotic drinks up and my immune system up, I flavor them with warming, seasonal spices and fruit.

Pumpkin spice, apples, cinnamon, fresh pomegranate and pear. All of these warming, seasonal fruits and spices can be used to flavor kombucha and water kefir.

It’s important to keep drinking probiotic drinks like these during the cold months. Some of the health benefits of drinking kombucha and water kefir are:
