Spiced Cider Kefir Immune Booster (non-dairy)

  • 2 cups water kefir
  • ¾ cup organic apple juice
  • ½ tsp. grated ginger
  • dash cayenne
  • dash cinnamon
  • squeeze of lemon
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a pitcher and pour into sealable containers.
  2. Set out on the counter for 2-3 days.
  3. Put in the fridge to chill and enjoy.
This recipe is for secondary fermentation of the water kefir. You need to make the water kefir first with the kefir grains before making this recipe.
