Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Drink

      - 1 cup of water
  - 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar
  - Honey or stevia to taste (optional)
  
      - Pour the raw apple cider vinegar into a glass with the water. Stir in honey or stevia to taste.
  
     You can modify this recipe by adding a squeeze of lemon and a dash of cayenne pepper for an immune boosting cold tonic.
