Arugula & Smoked Salmon Salad With Sauerkraut

  • 2 cups organic arugula
  • Smoked Salmon
  • 3 radishes
  • ¼ Avocado
  • ½ cup cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Apple Ginger Sauerkraut with Oranges
  • Fermented Onions (optional)
  • Capful of olive oil
  • Capful of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pinch sea salt
  1. Place arugula in a bowl and add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and sea salt. Stir the arugula until it is well coated.
  2. Top the salad with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
